Children & Young People Group
The Children & Young People Group acts as a local Childrens & Young People Board giving strategic direction and communicating between all agencies and groups involved. No targets have been directly assigned to this group.
There is a Youth Delivery Group reporting to it. This group is responsible for delivery of the Youth Action Plan, the Youth participation targets and Youth crime (to & by).
There is a strong link to the Wellingborough Education Partnership.
It is expected that a sub-group will be set up to oversee local commissioning when required.
The Chair of the Children & Youth People Group is William Thallon.
The Youth Lead is Hugh Fenton who heads the Youth Delivery Group.
