Healthier Group
The Healthier Group is responsible for achieving the "Healthier" targets in the Community Action Plan and for taking the lead on those aspects of the Partnership work. The area include Childhood Obesity, Independent living for Adults, Mortality reduction - all causes, Sexual Health Clinic, Smoking reduction and Unwanted Teenage Pregnancy. Membership details are shown on the attached panel.
The group looks at all aspects of living that can affect health and prioritise actions according to local needs.
