Steering Group

The Steering Group takes the lead in developing the Partnership and monitors the work of the Task Groups. It has 16 members, 8 from the Statutory Sector and 8 from the Community and Business, membership details are shown in the panel.
The Steering Group's focus issues for 2007 are:
- linking to the County Local Area Agreement (LAA) structure and
delivery
- aligning Community Plan targets to those disaggregated from the LAA,
for those disaggregated, and refresh others, as appropriate
- complete the establishment of the 4 Theme Groups
- the Growth in North Northamptonshire
- once the shape of local government in Northamptonshire is known, to review partnership working to effect necessary changes to align with that new shape.
The steering usually meets quarterly.
- Hugh Fenton is the chair of the Steering Group.
